Formed in the Fall of 2005, Clearwater FL Based Ska and Punk band Victims of Circumstance quickly built a loyal fan base. Frustrated with the local music scene, the VOC created one by pulling a small, tight-knit group of bands together. With these friends in tow they have spent the last 18 months financing shows and festivals. In the summer of 2007, The VOC produced the Summer Free for All their first, full-blown festival show.
