Jim was born in Athens,Greece(1989).He started playing
the guitar at the age of 16 with the help of his father
Angel Skordilis and he was mostly influenced by classic
60's & 70's Rock and blues bands.
In 2007 he joined the group M.P.R.R CRETA GANG made by
his father in Crete,Hania and since then he has taken
part in more than 150 conserts all over Greece.
At the age of 18 trying to further evolve as a guitarist
he began to study with the world known coach/tutor/author
Ioannis Anastassakis.He is also taking exams for his
electric guitar degree through London College Of Music.
In 2011 he won the 2nd prize at Volos Electric Guitar Competition.
Currently he is teaching guitar and he is working on his debut album
with keyboardist and producer Bob Katsionis(Firewind,Outloud)

Jim is influenced by : Steve Vai,Paul Gilbert,Greg Howe,Andy Timmons,
Guthrie Govan,John Petrucci,Zakk Wylde,Gary Moore,Richie Blackmore,
David Gilmore,Bad Company,Deep Purple,Led Zeppelin,Dream Theater,
Camel,Qeen,Pantera,Down,Spiritual Beggars,BLS
