Jethalal Gada is a business man living in Gokuldham society and is showcased in the famous comedy show Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chasmah.

He is a fun loving person but his bad luck always takes him into unwanted conditions. This makes the audience happy as they want as much funny things to happen with him. They really enjoy him in trouble.

Jethalal has a simple but disturbing family with his kid Tapu, Wife Jethalal and a very strict father Champaklal Gada.

You will see him fighting with them on not so common issues. Jethalal always fights with other society members and specially with Atmaram Bhide who is the secretary of Gokuldham society. They are always seen fighting with each other verbally and passing rude things to one another.

He also has a crush on Babita which is also a society member and wife of Mr. Iyyer who is an enemy of Jethalal for obvious reasons. He always tries to impress Babita ji with his not so funny jokes and lines.
