Halo7; Michael Lynch, Carl Millward, Steven Imlach, Richard Salter

This is Halo7 and we have been together for about 18 months although Michael has fronted this band project for 4 years. We were lucky to find Moose (Steven Imlach) cleaning windows. We have made 3 C.D'S and we would like to have a producer on board as the CD appears very compressed and does not capture the energy in the music. All the music and lyrics on the first CD are by Michael Lynch, some of the songs having been started 20 years ago when Michael was living in Liverpool. Toxteth Riot is about his time living in Toxteth and is a positive statement about the place. The second C.D. features the lyric writing talents of Steven Imlach and was finished in late 2006. The third C.D. was recorded but remains unfinished in June 2008 The music has an English rock sound influenced by the sounds and sights of Tasmania and the other members have helped sculpt the sound. We hope to air our new material soon and feel it is even stronger than this first batch of songs. Anyway I hope you can see the potential in the material, which is currently receiving favourable airplay on Edge Radio. Halo7 is hoping that you will listen to the music constructively as we are looking for a record label to sign up to, and promote the band as a live act.
