Behold dear ones: the story of Gelatinous Cube. It's a good story indeed, so put your hardback copy of Moby Dick down and listen. Gelatinous Cube is a band that is based out of Croton on the Hudson in New York. We are an Indie Rock band. The quartet was originally created by Benjamin (vocals/guitar/keyboards), Timothy (vocals/guitar), and Philip (drums), in early 2004. They created some surprisingly sexy music, and the fans agreed that "G-Cube" wasn't so bad. Something was still missing from the cube. Ben's impeccable skills with the english language and lyrics, Tim's skill of playing the guitar extremly well, and Phil's mohawk all made for a pretty good band. However, something was missing. Enter Nicolas. He was drummer for a band called "Aim for April".. however, Nick soon quit the band. Seeking a new group, he found Gelatinous Cube, who was lacking a bass-player. Having only touched the instrument once in his life, Nick was a little skeptical about this all. However, he trusted his friends to deal with his noobness, and things clicked.
