One summer day in Los Angeles, CA, Christine Anderson put a simple microphone in front of the piano in her living room and recorded an entire album, LIVE, in a single take. There were no engineers, no producers, no set song list even - just Christine and her piano, improvising, composing songs impromptu, and succumbing completely to the inspiration as it consumed her. The resulting LP, Live Summer Session, rocketed the songstress from obscurity to indie stardom virtually overnight after she uploaded four of the 17 tracks to internet megaportal MySpace. The album sparked immediate intrigue and set off a chain of live television interviews, magazine cover stories, and radio plays at a growing number of FM stations across the US, including Clear Channel affiliates. It has since been hailed by critics as one of the most powerful and highly respected creative performances of the music year.

With a red hot street buzz and the credibility that comes with writing all her own music, live and impromptu, Anderson is amassing a passionate cult following with her soulful voice, heartbreaking songwriting, and world class piano playing. The Los Angeles Music Award winner has appeared in special features on NBC, ABC, MTV, and MuchMusic, and she recently inked deals with MTV, URGE, IODA, iTunes, Movie Cues, and Pump Audio. Following the breakthrough success of Live Summer Session, production is now underway on tracks for Anderson's debut studio effort, slated for independent release with worldwide distribution in 2007.
