Chey Acuna injects her personal brand of alternative rock with unique style. Her provocative lyrics and low, sensual voice give her material a drive and sensitivity rare in much of today's music. Dark tonalities, interwoven melodies and spatial arrangements provide the backdrop for the descriptive lyrics of the songs.

Chey's latest release "Moment of Darkness," features goth-tinged vocals, tribal drums, ethereal keyboards, and edgy guitar. Her song "1492" was featured in the opening movie trailer for the Dances With Films independent film festival, screening before an audience of over 7,000 people. She was recently honored to be part of the 100 Voices Choir on Neil Young's "Living With War" CD.
