I am half Afro-Cuban, half Finnish recording and performing jazz vocalist and composer. My latest CD "When in Rome" is a love letter to the Eternal City presenting original music in the 50´s and 60´s style. I perform both in Finland and other countries in Europe, e.g. Italy is one of my favourite places and Germany is a great jazz country, too, not to mention USA. I just visited Palermo and Pescara for several concerts.

I started my career as a big band vocalist at the age of 14! Four years later I won MTV3`s (National Finnish Network) Spring Tune Contest with a funky reggae tune "Our Party", which I co-wrote with Right Hand Hänninen. I have also performed at our main theater stages in plays such as Hairspray, Godspell, A Boat Full of Jazz (Jazz Cabaré), 1900-Century Blues.

I am also the producer of the 5-day-long Pori Jazz Kids Festival in Pori, Finland. Pori International Jazz Festival is one of the biggest and best jazz festivals in Europe - and the world :-)
